We run all our Clinics by an appointment-only system.
Morning Surgeries are between 9am and 1 pm and Afternoon Surgeries between 2pm and 6.30pm.
Booking an appointment
You can make appointments by telephoning 01352 732207. Reception staff will need to ask questions regarding your problem to ensure that you are placed with the appropriate clinician, they will arrange an appointment for you at a suitable time i.e. Urgent, Routine or Advanced.. All staff are very experienced and governed by the same Confidentiality as a clinician.
Telephone Triage
If we are fully booked but you feel your problem is urgent, please make it clear to the Receptionist and your details will be placed on our computer system for a clinician’s attention. You will then be contacted to conduct a telephone consultation or offered an appointment if appropriate.
Home Visits
Home visits are only available to Housebound or disabled patients. If you require a home visit, we request that you telephone between 8.00am and 10.30am, if possible.
We ask that home visits are only requested if it is absolutely necessary. The clinician may ring you before visiting to assess your condition.

Additional information
Registered patients aged 16-74 who have not been seen for three years may request a consultation.
Registered patients aged over 75 years who have not been seen in the previous 12 months may request a consultation. If you are unable to attend the surgery for this consultation because of your medical condition, a home visit may be arranged. Please call 01352 732207 for all appointments
