Appointments

Due to the current situation regarding Coronavirus COVID-19, all patients requesting an appointment will he offered a telephone consultation with a clinical member of the team.  Appointments will be given if and when needed.  Please DO NOT ATTEND THE SURGERY WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT as we are trying to reduce the risk to patients and staff.

We are not closed, we are still available by telephone.

Prescription requests

Prescriptions can be requested either via MHOL or posted through our letterbox located on the side door near to the disabled parking.  If you normally collect your prescription from the Surgery please write on your request slip which Pharmacy you wish your prescription to be delivered to.  Thank you.

Sick notes

When requesting a sick note from the surgery, please provide your telephone contact details and your email address if you are happy for us to forward your sick note to you in this way.  Otherwise please ring the surgery before attending to ensure your sick note is ready for collection.
